Mountain Massif will be hosting another 12 new structured training sessions for you to tackle, exclusively on Zwift.

The sessions, which have been created in collaboration with Rowe & King Coaching, will be hosted at 7:00AM BST and 5:15PM BST on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  

The sessions can be tackled independently but, when combined with the others, will provide a 4-week programme that will improve your fitness, taking you to new heights. 

About the sessions

The first session each week is designed to build your endurance, the second session is designed to push you above your limits, whilst the final session of the is training at an intensity between the upper end of zone three and the lower end of zone four.  

Each session will last up to 1 hour, depending on the set.

Week1

Mountain Massif structured training:  Tempo – 3 x 10 Minutes Zone 3

Mountain Massif structured training: Power Climbs 2  

Mountain Massif structured training: Threshold Booster 3 

Week 2

Mountain Massif structured training:  Sustained Tempo

Mountain Massif structured training: Power Climbs 3  

Mountain Massif structured training: Threshold Sandwich – 3 x 12mins 

Week 3

Mountain Massif structured training:  Sustained Tempo – 4 x 10 Minutes Zone 3 

Mountain Massif structured training: Lower SweetSpot Training with Bursts 1 

Mountain Massif structured training: FTP Nudges 

Week 4

Mountain Massif structured training:  Sustained Tempo 2 

Mountain Massif structured training: Lower SweetSpot Training with Bursts 2 

Mountain Massif structured training: Half Hour of Power – 3 x 10 Min @ 92% FTP
