To cater for Mountain Massif’s growing global community, starting Monday 19th February, the weekly Mountain Massif structured training sessions that are hosted on Zwift, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:15PM GMT / 6:15PM CET, will now also be hosted at 7:00 AM GMT / 8:00 AM CET.

This will enable riders in the southern hemisphere to participate, as well as provide an opportunity for those based in Europe, to start their day with a workout.

About the structured training sessions

The structured training sessions have been designed in collaboration with Rowe & King, who specialise in coaching services, to help you become a better cyclist. 

The structured training has been tailored so that you can undertake one session as an individual workout, but when combined with the others, form a 4-week programme that builds fitness and strength, taking you to new heights!

In total, there are 12 different sessions, spread over a 4-week period, with 3 sessions each week.  At the end of the 4-week period, the sessions repeat and you can repeat the sessions to build your fitness.

Summing up

These sessions are challenging but you will be rewarded with an increase in your fitness.  The sessions build in intensity and offer a complete workout.  The Mountain Massif virtual jersey is reward for your efforts.
